My Scrap-A-Way Retreat

This is the second year in a row when I go away with my friend Zaria to an exciting retreat provided by Scrap-A-Away Retreats in Connecticut.

 

We stayed at the lovely Sheraton Hotel. It was amazing.  

My husband thought that I packed a lot of scrapbooking supplies! 

Zaria had me beat! 

Our tables were nice and clean until.....

Zaria had all of her card and scrapbooking kits ready to get started!  She had two long tables all for herself!!! She spread all of the tools out and she got to work. She had her sizzix dies, stamps, cardstock, stickers, adhesive, markers, cricut cartridges, and of course COFFEE!

What did I do? Well I took everything out of the three draw container that I brought and spread it out all over the table so that I could organize it. That's right I had pictures, rubber stamps, Sizzix dies, acrylic stamps, Tim Holtz clings, Dylusions Sprays, adhesive, stickers, my Disney Cruise Pics and my Wedding Pics! 

Once I was all organized I was able to get to work. I was able to scrapbook several of my Disney Cruise pics, mini notebooks, and two Mixed Media works of Art.
